75 Hard Complete 💪🏻 34 lbs lost, 7000+ minutes of working out, 75+ gallons of water, 750+ pages of reading, 75 days tracking macros, Fasting from 8pm to noon and going without all my favorite things like Cookies, Ice Cream and Pizza. 0 cheat meals! 0 excuses! 100% worth it! 75 days ago my sister in law mentioned they were going to do some crazy #75hard challenge they saw on the Tik Tok. I did some research and immediately loved the idea of building mental toughness and getting stuff done with NO EXCUSES. I decided to start the next day and am so happy I did. It has definitely not been easy but I have proved to myself that I can do hard things. On to the next challenge: getting ready to run my first half marathon on August 21st! Let’s do this 🙌🏻

This was the last time I saw my grandpa Bohman. 💙 Earlier today, after a long battle with cancer, he passed away peacefully surrounded by all three of his boys and loving family. I’m so grateful my dad has been able to spend the last month in Texas by his side.
Grandpa Bohman was one of the smartest guys you will ever meet. He taught me sooo much especially when it came to finance and accounting. He was so good at what he did that he was actually the personal accountant for @georgestrait before he retired. He loved his kids and grandkids so much and we all felt all of his love and will remember him and the lessons he taught us for all of our lives. I will miss his random phone calls checking in on us and making sure every time that I am still using my accounting degree even though I am no longer an accountant 😂. I love you Grandpa 💙 I’ll see you again in heaven! And yes grandpa I’m still using my accounting degree!

(AD) Mother’s Day is next Sunday! 😱 2021 has really really really made me appreciate Rachel and everything that Moms do! I just set up our second Cubo Ai Plus Smart Baby Monitor. I love these two so much! 😍 If you have been following along you know this year has been CRAZY! With Rachel being so sick I have had to try balancing full time work, my side gigs, watching the kids and trying to keep the house somewhat clean. (No, I am still not caught up on laundry 🙃) Sadly, over time I have found myself losing my patience with the kids way too much. Last night while cleaning I was listening to the book “How to win friends and influence people” and it really how much better I can do to be more patient and loving to these two little humans. I know I will never be the perfect dad, but I am going to strive my best to help my kids live their best lives possible! Sadly they won’t be young forever! 😩
